Nate got me trippin with profile when i was going to get madera hubs .i was like f*ck this and got the g sport. I think profile actually suplies the part with the hex wrench . So it sucks if you are the second owner and the original owner does not give you the tool :/. I wanted ti bolts for my ratchet and they were sold out . But what they did have were a f*ckload of profile ti spec bolts go figure pffft ,lol

mattypants wrote
Mar 23, 2012 at 20:38
Yeah iv seen them not kept up very well

Caezar wrote
Mar 23, 2012 at 20:29
Profile kills me haha . I reworked my freinds cranks today at the park after he was complaining about that he installed a new animal bb and it was working shitty . Me and Quin were going nuts looking through hex wrenches. Turned out it used imperial and metric lol

Caezar wrote

yeah. If you want the older one its a bit cheaper . Butthe only shop I know has them in stock is empire . The spindle on that one is 126 vs 106 for the GHD ti. But it only comes in the bmx spacing . but wow 224 + just for one part of the cranks. I would rather buy an XTR haha

Caezar wrote
Mar 21, 2012 at 18:09
Sooo much money for a part that has no guarantee of not breaking lol. they should be cheaper Razz

Caezar wrote
Mar 21, 2012 at 17:57
Profile is weird . If you want something from them its better to buy it whole . Like a full ti elite hub. Then if it breakes they sell you the replacement part at an undisclosed price to you only . Same with the other parts . To buy it separate it cost a buttload . Does deity warrranty the ti spindle ? I know profile does not .

Caezar wrote
Mar 21, 2012 at 17:19
thats good to hear Smile Now I can go ahaed and weight weenie my bike lol So did they explain the shipping and duties wave deal?

Caezar wrote
Mar 20, 2012 at 19:10
wow that took a while . So what did he say . Is it a good deal?

Caezar wrote
Mar 20, 2012 at 18:52
lol I hear ya. Well I would pass on the ti driver . they wear really fast . The boss less set up it great though for sure . I have never seen it offerered in a ti/no boss set up though. I have wondered if profile does not sell it like this because the spline drive setup might not work well with a ti spindle . The reagular profile is only 100g heavier than the ti. plus the no boss arms saves like another 20g+ Chosing 165 arms I know will also weigh a lot less. I would think on a regular setup it should come really close to a ti spindle set up for sure . But contact profile bout running the spline drive on a ti spindle to see what they have to say . Oh and tree runs 22 and 23 sprockets now Smile so you can run a 9 or 8t profile driver if you wanted too. thats lighter than a 10 .

Caezar wrote
Mar 20, 2012 at 18:28
I think it means they would brown wrap it . Like a regular post so since its not a used service it will be considered personal post. China based stores do this all the time. So which profile crank set do you want . light or GHD

Caezar wrote

Dans is has sales every month. I ave the calender . so if you need info let me know . You could save 25 on a purchase over 100 . I have been looking into the premium spline drive set . Come s with a 25t spindle and arms 28oz total . 25oz for just the arms and spindle . I also have a link for gusset woodstocks spline dive cranks on sale for 150. the arms are 400g they dont say what the spindle is . I am guessing standard 270g

Caezar wrote
Mar 20, 2012 at 10:47
I still pester E for a chrome arm set though HAHAHAHA!!

Caezar wrote
Mar 20, 2012 at 10:46
Ya got me lol. The choice to run 48s again was smart though. Also that he made a stronger arm. I think it weighs more than the V2 but built stronger .

Caezar wrote
Mar 20, 2012 at 10:37
they were 4130's not vendetas and they were over two years old haha , I think it was a more than fair deal 50 I got two arms and spindle . I had issues with the maj though with chain line. had nothing to do with the deity setup. The frame was made for MTB cranks for sure because when I installed my siants it all lined up really well. On my friends park frame that has them now . With the spanish set up ot lined up a lot better . NS sometimes makes the frames strange Razz

I sold the spindle But I still have the original 48 spline deity one. The drive side arm cracked, Eric did not have any replacements. He offered me a 38spline at low cost or a V3 with 10 off. I just got the 38 one and sold it to a local and decided to stay with the saints on the maj because they felt better .

that sucks! I didn't even get to oder mine lol. I was holding out for a responce from this kid that has a 175 profile with ti axle for 175 complete . I offered him 150 for the set up its new. It also comes with the 106g spindle Razz empire has the same set up in two forms I think 204$ for the solid ti and 226 for the hollow ti
